Getting to know my couples is so important to me, and think that bond shows through photos… Starting out with drinks at Chuy’s, Bianca and I discussed her vision for her wedding day and engagement session, bridals, etc… and she gave me the whole low-down on how they met. Needless to say, it’s an understatement that I was ecstatic when I got to photograph Bianca + Chris’ Blush, Spring Wedding at La Cantera Resort! At Chuy’s I found out they met at Little Woodrow’s back in early 2018 – Chris was a co-worker of her best friend, and they were all at the happy hour get-together. After some strategic match making from her best friend at all future happy hours, Chris and Bianca eventually went on their first date at Buffalo Wild Wings! A couple months later they made it official as bf/gf on a fun night on Rainey Street! 3.5 years of dating, ….. well, I’ll let Bianca tell it:

…we were getting ready for what I thought was Chris’ birthday dinner with friends. We got to Hotel Emma and my best friend tricked me into taking pictures on the river before going inside. Chris and I posed on the bridge for a quick picture and then he got down on one knee! I started ugly crying and all I could say over and over again was “Are you serious?!” Of course, I said YES!

Fast-forward to today!! With a very sweet beginning, beautiful details, a joyful vibe and an incredible venue, Bianca + Chris’ wedding day was underway. Here details were timeless, her friends were phenomenal, the vendor team SHOWED UP BIG TIME and the day still feels like a dream. These two kindred spirits love each other so much, and the vows they chose and family surrounding them speak volumes to who they are as humans. These two are kind to the core, incredibly smart, FUN (OMG) and truly know how to enjoy life to the fullest. When you hear the stories during the speeches and all 250 guests are either crying or laughing hysterically, you know that the something special element is prominent and running through their veins.

I cannot wait for you to take a look at the amazing day that unfolded April 15th of 2023!
