Ethereal, romantic, genuine, precious, glamorous, and charming are just a few words to describe last night’s Maternity Session. Monica and Dustin, if you are reading this, I ADORE Y’all! From start to finish these two were so quiet and soft-spoken, they couldn’t look at each other without beaming, they seemed to meander through the field with grace and ease, and they spoke softly to each other always. When they spoke of their son, I felt I needed to ask how long they had been trying because Monica, as you can see, has this glow about her that tells a story. Well, they’ve been trying ever since they got married 2 years ago! When I learned this, I wanted to cry! I knew we HAD to do lots of soft moments during the session, just to take it all in.

With less than two months to go until they get to meet the handsome Isaiah Paul (I can say handsome because I saw his sonogram profile), these two have been busy planning the nursery and getting ready for their worlds to change. I can only imagine the kind of mother Monica will be. Probably gracious, patient and kind as well as gentle and fun. With the way Dustin is a complete gentleman, no doubt Isaiah will follow in those footsteps as well as smile BIG like Daddy! While Monica and Dustin put together the beautiful grey and blue nursery, I am sitting back dreaming with them about their future as bright, glowing and wonderful, just like this session was.  I can only imagine.
