Heather + Bryan’s Wedding at The Oaks At Heavenly

It’s been almost a week and I CANNOT get the song “Can’t Feel My Face” by Canadian singer, The Weeknd after Heather + Bryan’s Wedding at The Oaks At Heavenly!!! And it’s not a complaint! From the getting ready room to the first look to the Aisle walk and the first dance, Heather and Bryan were on their feet with awesome dance moves, fun music and nonstop laughter!!! A lot of weddings I photograph or even just attend, I have a glistening tear in my eye at parts of the day and I’m an emotional wreck with touching moments and beautiful encounters. Although there were many touching, beautiful moments, Saturday was certainly a day focused on celebration, fun and Heather + Bryan’s LA flare!! Take me back!!
Dan, the videographer with Alamo Film Factory, and I had a gas of a time bumping elbows and capturing all the fun, the color, the vibrance of both personality and decorations, and I truly hope to get to work with him again. It’s so lovely working with a team who is working hard behind the scenes with positivity, kindness and a genuine glee for the bride and groom to be. Jennifer Fonseca of With Love By Jenny put Heather’s vision to life with a gorgeous, 3 tier wedding cake and a fun display of gluten free + regular cupcakes!! And let’s not forget the GROOM CAKE, Star Wars themed by Jenn Bakes Cakes! The florals were nothing short of AMAZING by – of course – Heavenly Gourmet Floral!!! I had never seen black orchids before!!!!! And I can’t forget to mention the staff at The Oaks At Heavenly!! Loretta’s East Coast flare meshed with Autumn’s feet on the ground and pure heart for serving made for the absolute BEST DAY!! Thank You Thank YOU to all the vendors who made this day possible!!
