If you remember from their engagement session at the Cibolo Nature Center in Boerne, Spring is a special time for these two. They both began the same job May 20th, 2019, they began dating Spring of 2020 (right before the pandemic hit), and once they stood the test of covid, it was meant to be that they would end up together forever and marry Spring of 2023! (Did I mention, Ronnie proposed by putting the engagement ring in the frosting of a cupcake?!!!!) I’m so glad Ronnie’s job offer brought them to Texas, because photographing this wedding was joyful, moving, emotional, and a beautiful picture of who they are. Melissa + Ronnie’s dusty rose and gold wedding at the Club at Garden Ridge left no dry eye at the ceremony, had guests swooning over their hobby lobby decor + delicious dinner/dessert, and had the vendor team in awe of each & every moment.

There are so many favorite parts to their day that I don’t even know where to begin!!! How about the beginning? Their invitation suite was SO pretty – I can’t wait for you to take a look! Of course the ring has been cleaned from the frosting and all three rings were show-stoppers! Melissa brought some “MRS” sunglasses that gave a classy-fun vibe to some of the sunset portraits. The whole day was blanketed with clouds which made for dreamy images every single moment. The vendor team worked together to make MAGIC HAPPEN. The father-daughter first look moment was a tear-jerker. The vows made EVERYONE cry, and Ronnie all but fell to his knees after seeing his beautiful bride walk down the aisle to become his wife. I can’t thank them enough for choosing me to capture their incredible day.
