Sarah + Daniel’s Engagement Session at Phil Hardberger Park

Getting to photograph Sarah + Daniel’s Engagement Session at Phil Hardberger Park felt just like photographing friends! They were so sweet in nature (no pun intended), Kind to the core and completely wonderful humans!! Every pose they trusted me completely and they warmed my heart, each step we took with their hearts full with love and excited for 2022! I cannot wait for you to read their story!!!

“Daniel and I met in 2016 on a dating app while we both were studying in graduate school at Texas A&M University. We talked for a few months on the phone and finally the timing worked out to meet each other in person. Our first date was at Chuy’s in College Station, TX. Daniel and I hit it off so well from day one! We continued to hang out and happily made things official in February of 2017.

Fast forward to October 2020, I was in Houston with family for a month while I was completing an online rotation for PA school. Daniel had planned a date for us to go to the Museum of Fine Arts in Houston. Soon I found out that it was a coverup “date” for what he really had planned that day. After the museum, Daniel took me to the Japanese Garden at Hermann Park. We had a whole picnic basket packed for an evening meal in the garden. Right before sunset, Daniel got onto one knee and asked me to be his wife! Of course, I said “yes!” as Daniel and I had already talked about our future together for a while. When we left the park, we drove to my parent’s house to surprise them with the great news! We called both of our siblings and his parents on the phone to share the celebratory news!

We are excited to soon become Mr. & Mrs. next year on March 20, 2022!”
